I highly look forrward to Chavez's latest project of supplying the ghetto's of america with cheap oil. That's really going to piss George off. The test pilot for this project should start sometime soon in a mexican-american community in the south. (Chavez is capable of doing this because Venezula owns a american subsidery citgo, which owns a crap load of american gas stations.)
