debt?

Does anyone have any information regarding Nation's foriegn or external debt?
I've tried to find a few things, but i'm either looking at the wrong data, or I just can't understand it. This site explains types of debt. America currently owes itself $427 billion dollars ( i think this is right) This IMF site lists how much money countries are in public and foriegn debt.
And if I am reading this correctly this is just america's current external debt payment plan... so over the next two years they will be paying about $2,835,642,000,000, and $1,359,410,000,000 is just on interest alone. But how much does anyone owe in total? I haven't the faintest fucking idea.

If anyone knows more about this, any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

Bloodiest day in Iraq to date... Though the war hasn't been reciving that much coverage lately, expect things to heat up over the next few days as the election starts on the 30th. Expect over the next few months to see america putting more pressure on Iran over nuclear weapons, going to the U.N, the UN rejecting America's plea, Bush saying to the american people that the UN is getting in their way again, and the bombing of Iran to begin this summer.
