Montreal's "the stars" recently got a 4 star review in Rolling Stone, for their latest album "Set Yourself On Fire." She's a tasty album I must admit. Download the first track from it "Your Ex-lover is Dear" and go from there. My non-related cousins band is in the studio right now recroding their 3rd album. The Constantines will be in Montreal for two shows on the 30 and 31st of March. Also in Toronto for 3 days at Lee's Palace starting April 7th.

I was recently back home and got a chance to watch some tv. It appears indie/whatever rock seems to be taking over the mainstream. Killers tune was #1 on muchmusic. Dear old hip hop seems to be on the decilne, 50 cents new album will be the true test of this.
